Family-Run Business

We are a family-run UK online retailer based in West Norfolk, operating under Bedcare Ltd. Originally established in 2007 under the name Holbeach Beds, we went on to launch The Reinforced Bed Company in 2011. Our aim was simple: to design and retail beds that are not only visually appealing, but also engineered to provide exceptional strength and long-term durability.

While our early focus was on supplying beds suitable for overweight and obese individuals, our customer base has since grown far wider. Today, many of our customers simply need a strong bed, bunk bed or durable mattress that can withstand everyday use and stand the test of time. This commitment to quality construction and reliability remains at the heart of everything we do.

We offer reinforced beds, mattresses, and furniture that meet the requirements of those with mental health demands and challenging behaviours such as autism and psychiatric disabilities.
