- Order before 10am (Mon–Fri) for next working day delivery. Tracking details will be emailed and include an two hour time slot 24 hour prior to delivery day, on the day tracking and a 1 hour pre call. Delivery is curbside only.

1 Man Saturday (£30.00 GBP – AIT Home Delivery 1 Man Premium)
- Dispatched for Saturday delivery. Order by 10am Friday for same-week delivery. Tracking details will be emailed and include an two hour time slot 24 hour prior to delivery day, on the day tracking and a 1 hour pre call. Delivery is curbside only.

2 Man Take to Room (£30.00 GBP – AIT Home Delivery)
- Delivered within 2–4 working days. You will be given the choice to book a delivery day. AIT will text and email to arrange.

- Order by 10am Friday for same-week Saturday delivery (subject to availability). AIT will contact you to schedule your delivery. Room of choice is included in this service.

2 Man Divan Assembly (£60.00 GBP – AIT Home Delivery)
- Delivered within 2–4 working days. You will be given the choice to book a delivery day. AIT will text and email to arrange this delivery. Your divan will be assembled in your room of choice.

2 Man Disposal – AIT (£75.00 GBP – AIT Home Delivery)
- Delivered within 2–4 working days. You will be given the choice to book a delivery day. AIT will text and email to arrange delivery. This service includes like-for-like removal and room-of-choice delivery.

2 Man Flat Pack Assembly (£99.00 GBP – AIT Home Delivery)
- Delivered within 2–4 working days. You will be given the choice to book a delivery day. AIT will text and email you to arrange your delivery. Flat pack assembly is provided in this service.

- Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for delivery (depending on location). Pinnacle will contact you via email with a confirmation delivery link, usually within 2 weeks. This service includes full in-room assembly.

1 Man Curbside Republic of Ireland (£199.00 GBP - AIT Home Delivery)
- Delivered in 1-2 Weeks via AIT Home Delivery. Tracking details will be emailed. This is a curbside delivery only. Customs charges are included.

All delivery service options will be shown at checkout based on the product(s) and shipping location you have selected.

Unless you have chosen a next day delivery service, you will always be notified of a delivery date in advance by our delivery partners. If an in item reads 'In Stock' on the product page, a dispatch will be initiated almost immediatly. Other products will have individual production lead times.

Yes. All items will be delivered together as standard (including multiple items with different production lead times). For example if a headboard is ordered with a divan base, we will combine the two for delivery, unless we are told otherwise. Some products are made to order. Please make a note of the estimated production lead time listed on the individual product page.

Please Note: Extra 2 Man Delivery Service Options added to item(s) available for Express Delivery may delay your Delivery Lead Times by up to 2 Weeks.

Yes. All of our couriers require a signature. Should there be a case where nobody is home, we would need to rearrange delivery.

We offer assembly on a select range of beds only. If this is available, this option will show when you checkout. Please note that we require that the old bed is taken out of the way upon our arrival if the assembly service is selected.

Yes. Many of our goods are available to be taken to a room of choice. If this is available, this delivery service option will show during checkout.

An email will be sent to the customer once the order is dispatched. This will state the courier details and also give further information regarding time slots for delivery.

Our beds comply with standard UK bed sizes, It is the customers responsibility to measure up and make sure any product that is ordered will fit up any tight space in their home. We are able to supply divan bases in 4 parts and also vacuum packed mattress solutions for tight stairs / loft conversations. Please Contact Us for more information.

No. All of our delivery services are undertaken by reputable delivery companies, meaning their vehicles will not feature any of the 'Reinforced Beds' branding. Product Packaging will never be branded with 'Reinforced Beds' either.

Yes. If this is available, it will show during checkout. If this service is selected then it is the customers responsibility to dismantle the old bed ready for us to take away.
