Bedcare Ltd is committed to reducing its environmental impact and contributing to the UK’s transition to a low-carbon economy. We recognise our responsibility to minimise greenhouse gas emissions associated with our operations, supply chain, and delivery activities.
We are committed to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050, in line with UK Government targets.
Scope of Emissions
Our carbon reduction strategy considers emissions across:
- Scope 1, direct emissions from company-controlled sources, for example vehicles and fuel use where applicable.
- Scope 2, indirect emissions from purchased electricity used in offices and warehouse facilities.
- Scope 3, indirect emissions from supply chain activities, including:
- Manufacturing and materials
- Third-party logistics and delivery partners, for example 1-man and 2-man delivery services
- Waste disposal and packaging
- Business travel

- Preference for durable, long-life products that reduce replacement frequency and waste
